Well it’s been a long last 10 days but I’m home now which is nice but it was also nice to be away. I was gone for 10 days in Orlando, Florida for a wedding and Denver, Colorado to see a good friend. Four flights, lots of fastfood and many rides at Disney World later I’m back.

So it started when I got up 2 Fridays ago about 10:00am. I went about my day packing and getting ready to leave for Florida. I did not go to bed Friday night because I had to leave for the airport at 4:30am Saturday morning which is lame. So I flew from Oakland to Las Vegas at like 6:00am so it was still dark when we took off. I was in Vegas for about an hour and a half and they have slot machines all over the airport which could be a bad thing for me but it really wasn’t. I put a dollar in the nickel slots and got up to $2.50 in about 10 minutes. Not bad at all but it was just $2.50. I then went with that $2.50 to the quarter slots and lost it all in about 30 seconds. Ohwell at least the dollar I started with lasted for a while. Then it was off from Vegas to Orlando. It was about a 4 hour flight but I had a window seat and got a little nap here and there.

The week in Orlando was pretty busy. Welcome dinner the first night and some Disney World. Wedding the next day and Disney for 4 more days. Then there was a day of NASA in there at the end. I rode a ton of rides at Disney and had a lot of fun. NASA was pretty sweet too. Saturday was the day we were leaving. Had to get up at like 9:00am, go out to breakfast and then back to Disney for one last ride on the Tower of Terror. After that it was off to the airport which had free wireless internet which was nice since I didn’t check my e-mail all week.

Off to Denver. I was on the last row in the plane with a window seat but no one next to me which was really nice. Flight wasn’t bad and went by fast. So I got to Denver about 7:30pm Saturday night and took the shuttle to the hotel down the road. It was kinda funny cause I stayed at the same hotel for a night when I was in Denver last time 2 or 3 years ago. I didn’t know it was the same hotel until I pulled up in the front. I laughed. It’s a pretty nice place. Sarah came and picked me up right when I got there. We went out around to a few places and ate dinner at a Mexican place. I was tired after dinner so we just went back to the hotel and sat around and watched some TV. I had to get up early the next day and go to church. After church we went to a BBQ where Sarah cooked some good burgers and dogs. From there it was over to Carl and Emilys new place for some baseball playoffs and more BBQ. This time chicken and steak. It was good too. I wasn’t super hungry or awake but I liked it. After BBQ number two for the day we went out to some country line dance club. It was pretty crazy. There were sooo many people there. I don’t think either of us knew what to do so we weren’t there long. After that is was late so back to the hotel for some rest.

I flew home on Monday from Denver to San Francisco. The plane was late but not super late. It was a bumpy ride. The plane kinda rocked back and forth a lot too which made me start to feel sick. I’m glad it stopped because I think I was pretty close to getting sick. It felt like being on a boat rocking back and forth. Anyways I made it home and I am here now. Fun, fun, fun. I had a great week and can’t wait to travel some more soon. That’s all for now…

Wow this next week is going to be way crazy. First off I am not going to bed tonight because I have to leave at like 4am tomorrow morning to go to the airport. SFO at 4am, yuck. Oh well. My plan is to take a nap tonight and then just stay up all night and hopefully sleep on the plane. So from San Francisco I have a lay over in Las Vegas. I’ve never been to Vegas before so I wish I was there for more then the 90 minutes that I am but I hear they have slots at the airport so that is kinda cool. Hopefully I won’t waste too much money. Winning some for my trip would be nice. So from Vegas to Orlando Florida. The plan is to be in Orlando for the week at a big house with a lot of people. Disney World, swimming, thunderstorms, etc. I want to try to drive up to Georgia to see Matt if I have a chance and he has some time off but I don’t think it will happen. Then next Saturday I fly out of Orlando and to Denver where I get to see my good friend Sarah. I get in Saturday night and then leave like Monday afternoon with a lay over in phoenix I think before getting back to SFO. So lets recap here. Long time no update. Some how I seem to always keep busy. I’ve had a lot of school work and have another class starting in a week or so, so that will be fun. I am almost 100% on moving to Seattle and I need to move freaking quick. I am done with people. Family, friends, everyone is pretty messed up and it’s really sad. I am done with churches. People are going to read that statement wrong but I am not done with God or the Bible I am done with chruches and most of the people in them. Churches don’t preach God they preach new programs, the latest activities, and new bigger and better buildings. I am done with friends who are sneaky and do shit behind your back but still think and act like they are perfect and their wrongs aren’t wrong. It’s not the wrongs that bug me it’s the fact that they try to hide it or don’t think it’s wrong. I am done with people who think that the whole world is spinning because of them and only them. To them I say, eat a brick. I am done with the world telling me who I should be, what I should do, and what I should believe. That is great. You can have your views, LET ME HAVE MINE! I am done writing this because it just pisses me off more. So to the people that make this world a better place, thank you. And to the people that will burn in hell, well if that’s what you want I guess that’s what you want. I am leaving and could care less if I never talk to you again…

So I am back in the Bay Area for the weekend. I drove home yesterday, Saturday. Dan, Josh, Justin, and I went to the Green Day show at SBC Park last night. 47,000 people. It was pretty freaking sweet and it ended with a fireworks show. I have to say it just might have been the best show I have ever been to. Jimmy Eat World opened and Green Day played for 2 hours and they are just so freaking good. Crazy. I went to the A’s game tonight with Justin, Melissa, and Drew. We lost so that sucked and we probably won’t be going to the playoffs but that’s ok. We weren’t supost to be even close to as good as we are this year so next year will be even better. I am supost to drive back down south tomorrow but I am not sure if I am going to. I might move to Seattle. I love the area down south and the office is cool and everything but I just don’t know. I kinda think I should go to Seattle. We will see. I will figure out if I am going down tomorrow. Check out the link below. Well I just finished my first week at The Militia Group and I am left with mixed emotions. I am driving home tomorrow for the weekend so that will be nice. The Green Day and Jimmy Eat World show is tomorrow night and I can’t wait. It is going to kick some major ass. The new Project 86 CD is going to kick some ass too. You should check out the banner for it below. The CD is great. So is the new Cartel CD which came out this week and I’ve been sending out a lot of press stuff for it at work. That’s about all I have been doing, mailing stuff out. I want to do more. I can’t complain about the people at work, they are all really cool and the office environment is pretty sweet. I will update again soon on what happens…

So it’s been a while since I have posted anything and that’s because I’ve been so busy. I got back from Seattle Saturday night and went straight to a little going away thing for me. I haven’t stopped since then. Sunday and Monday were spent packing all my crap which sucked. I drove down to LA on Monday afternoon and got here around 8pm last night. The place I stayed and was going to stay for a while sucked pretty bad. It was kinda ghetto. So I checked out of there today, went to work, and I am now at my new hotel in Anaheim. Last night there were some crazy thunderstorms. Lightening and thunder and rain. It was freaking loud. I couldn’t sleep cause the bed sucked and when I did fall asleep the thunder started again and woke me up. It looks like all that is over for now. I am so tired right now but I have a quiz I have to take for school. Work was cool. Fun, fun. More later…

So after listening to the new Switchfoot CD 20 times I think it is so much better then The Beautiful Letdown. TBL sold like 2.5 million copies so this is easily twice as good so it should sell 5 million but it probably won’t because people are dumb. I think I am going to take the train back to California. It’s only 2 hours from Seattle to Oakland on a plane but 22 hours on a train. So I would be crazy to take the train right? No way! Washington, Northern California, and yes Oregon too are really pretty and there are a lot of trees and stuff to look at. I think it would be fun. We will see how I am feeling on Saturday. I am moving Sunday so I might not want to sit on a train for 22 hours then sit in the car the next day driving to LA. Blah, blah. Whatever I am off to bed. Go A’s!!!

So I am here in Seattle which is what the picture is of. Well the picture is of the Puget Sound from The Space Needle but whatever. I can’t believe I move in less then a week and will be starting a new job a week from today that is going to be totally rad. I slept in today, picked up my cousin from the bus stop, ate some Chinese food, and went to Best Buy and Safeway. Lots of fun. While at Best Buy I got the new Switchfoot CD today and from the first listen I like, but I like all the Switchfoot CDs so what do you want me to say. I really wanted to get the new Juliana Theory CD but I preordered it so it is probably sitting in the mail at home so I will have to wait a couple days for that one. That one should be really good. I think I might watch The Goonies because that is one of my all time favorite movies. Oh yes the freaking military base near by keeps blowing stuff up and its hella loud. I heard it this morning when I was sleeping and they are doing it again. It’s freakin 11:30pm! Not that I am asleep at 11:30 but most people are and it’s freaking loud. It better stop when I go to bed. Over and out…
